Job description: Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
Identify and target potential clients, including contractors, architects, and interior designers.Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.Generate new business opportunities by promoting the companys products and services.Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to the clients needs.Project Management:
Manage sales projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, and customer service) to ensure smooth project execution.Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that arise to keep the project on track.Market Research & Analysis:
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.Provide feedback to the management team on market conditions and potential areas for growth.Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and areas for expansion.Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project progress.Prepare regular sales reports for management review.Ensure all sales documentation and contracts are properly completed and filed.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Experience:
Minimum of 4 to 5 years of sales experience within the tiling industry in Dubai.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing successful projects.Skills:
Strong understanding of the tiling industry and market dynamics in Dubai.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Expected salary: 12000 per month
