As a Sales Executive for Sharaf DG Energy, your primary goal will be to promote our energy solutions to target sectors, generate qualified leads, and manage projects from initial inquiry through to deal closure. You will play a critical role in driving growth by identifying business opportunities, preparing proposals, coordinating with product manufacturers, and handling technical and commercial negotiations.Key Responsibilities
- Promote awareness of Sharaf DG Energy offerings within Dubai’s MEP supply and FM market
- Develop a strategic business development plan with clear sales targets, timelines, and project goals
- Generate leads and manage the complete sales cycle including BOQ evaluation, solution design, vendor coordination, and proposal preparation
- Engage in technical and commercial discussions, lead negotiations, and finalize deals
- Maintain a healthy client base and active sales pipeline within the assigned segment
- Submit bids and respond to RFPs, tenders, and project enquiries within deadlines
- Attend marketing and industry events relevant to MEP and energy projects
- Build and nurture relationships with partner brands, contractors, consultants, and procurement stakeholders
- Report weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance updates to line management
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to refine business strategy
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
- 3-5 years of proven sales experience in MEP supply or energy-related projects
- Strong understanding of BOQs, product selection, and technical proposal development
- Experience in the Dubai market, with an existing network in MEP/FM sectors preferred
- Valid UAE driving license and access to own vehicle is mandatory
- Available to join immediately or within a 30-day notice period
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently across the full sales process
