Job description: Responsibilities:Achieve and exceed set KPI targets in External Events sale (including External client Venues) by developing and upselling to the existing accounts and securing new accounts in line with the sales strategy across all revenue segments (Hospitality, DXB and Housekeeping)Support Sales team in Event Plan Scripting, releasing and develop a positive communication stream between Sales, Operational departments, and clients to ensure excellence in the delivery of the eventAchieve and exceed KPI’s in External Wedding & Private Events sale by being the main contact to the existing accounts and securing new accounts in line with the sales strategy across all segments (Hospitality, DXB, Housekeeping)Cascading event details on time to respective delivery departments to meet clients’ expectationsConsolidate event feedback, ensure action if required and keep the record for future eventsRemain responsible for the financial closure of the events, keeping outstanding payments to minimum levels and adhering to all audit requirements to ensure complianceAdhere to company policies, procedures, and business ethic codes to reflect company values and imageOperate within established level of administrative responsibility with regards to sales to ensure efficiency and compliance, including preparation of reports and delivery of any projects assigned by the Line ManagerOther duties as needed or required and deals with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment.Required Skills:Degree from reputable Institution or diploma in Hotel, Management/SalesMBA PreferredAt least 3 years’ experience in Customer Service senior role, preferably in Hospitality or Event Management industry in the Middle East.Communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent computer skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPointFluent written/spoken English, good knowledge of Arabic preferredCommunication skillsCustomer service
Expected salary: 18000 per month
