Job description: Responsibilities
1.Develop a deep understanding of the company’s waterproofing services, systems, and solutions, including their features, benefits, applications, and performance characteristics. Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and best practices related to building waterproofing technology and construction materials.
2.Develop and implement strategic sales plans and initiatives to achieve sales targets, expand market presence, and maximize revenue growth. Identify target market segments, customer profiles, and business opportunities for sales expansion and market penetration.
3.Identify and engage with potential customers, such as Facility Managers, Maintenance Managers, Maintenance Engineers, Building Owners, Developers & Contractors to understand their waterproofing needs and requirements.
4.Conduct on-site visits, inspections, and assessments to evaluate existing waterproofing systems, identify problems or deficiencies, and recommend suitable solutions.
5.Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer surveys to gather insights into market trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning. Maintain / ensure confidentiality.Requirements:
1.Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (Engineering background is an added advantage).
2.3 to 4 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in a fast-paced or technical environment.
3.Passionate, energetic, and self-motivated with a drive to achieve targets and build lasting client relationships.
4.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage confidently with clients at all levels.
5.Valid UAE Driving License – mandatory requirement.
