Job description: Responsibilities:Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities and understand customer needs.Lead Generation: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.Client Meetings: Set up meetings with potential clients to present our products and services.Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to showcase our uniform offerings.Negotiation: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to close sales deals.Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.Sales Reporting: Create regular reports on sales activities, performance, and market feedback.Stock Management: Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.Event Participation: Represent the company at industry exhibitions, conferences, and other events to promote our products.Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from customers and prospects to share with internal teams for continuous improvement.Required Skills:Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role with 4-5 years of UAE experience (preferably dealing with Schools & Educational Institutes)UAE Driver’s Licence holderExcellent communication and negotiation skills – Spoken Arabic preferredProficiency in MS Office and CRM softwareStrong understanding of sales and marketing techniquesSelf-motivated with a result-driven approachAbility to deliver engaging presentationsA bachelor’s degree in business, sales or marketing fields
Expected salary: 6000 – 8000 per month
