Job description: Responsibilities:Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.Assist customers in finding products that meet their needs and preferences.Provide expert product knowledge and information on luxury brands.Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are properly displayed.Process transactions accurately and efficiently.Build and maintain relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.Strive to achieve assigned KPIs and sales targets.Prepare daily and weekly reports to track sales performance.Stay up to date with industry trends and product knowledge.Collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer service.Participate in sales training and development programs.Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services.Manage returns of merchandise.Inform customers about discounts and special offers.Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager.Stay up to date with new products/services.
Expected salary: 7000 – 7500 per month
