Job description: Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of experienced sales professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets and objectives.Sales Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies specifically for POS and SCO solutions, aligning them with the company’s goals and vision.Sales Process Management: Oversee the sales pipeline, manage CRM systems, and analyse sales data to ensure the team consistently meets and exceeds targets.IT / Technical Knowledge: Requires deep understanding of IT Hardware | Software POS solutions to effectively communicate with customers addressing their technical inquiries and concerns.Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, understanding their technical needs, challenges, and objectives. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.Negotiation:
Lead negotiations, close deals, and manage contracts with a focus on achieving win-win agreements.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).Proven track record in sales within the POS industry, with a minimum of [10] years in a sales management role.Strong technical background with in-depth knowledge of POS solutions, including hardware and software.Exceptional leadership and team management skills.Outstanding communication and presentation skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in the fast-paced POS technology sector.A demonstrated ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.

Expected salary: 9000 per month
