- Develop and implement strategies to grow the maintenance business, pursue opportunities for AMC, fit-out, refurbishment, and repair services, and work towards sales targets and revenue goals.
- Build relationships with facility managers, developers, consultants, and contractors; conduct presentations; and attend meetings, site visits, and networking events to generate leads.
- Ensure contracts comply with CD regulations and NFPA standards, collaborate with teams to execute contracts smoothly, and address client concerns with technical solutions.
- Maintain accurate records, provide regular sales reports and forecasts, and track payments to ensure timely collections.
Expected salary: 8000 per month
