Job description: Sales Engineer – HVAC Solutions and EquipmentAl-Futtaim Group is seeking an experienced HVAC Sales Engineer to drive the promotion and sales of LG-brand air conditioning products including ducted splits, VRF systems, and packaged units. This role focuses on achieving sales targets, building strong customer networks, and managing full-cycle HVAC project engagements.Job Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

- Generate new business leads and convert them into profitable sales in line with monthly and annual targets
- Conduct design reviews and prepare accurate technical quotations for HVAC equipment
- Engage with developers, consultants, contractors, and dealers to position Al-Futtaim’s HVAC offerings
- Monitor competitor pricing and market trends to refine sales strategies
- Prepare sales reports, follow up on credit approvals, and manage account receivables
- Maintain customer relationships through regular engagement and feedback collection
- Provide comprehensive pre-sales and after-sales support including technical advisory
Required Skills and Qualifications:Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred
Experience:
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in HVAC equipment sales within the UAE, preferably Dubai and Northern Emirates
- Proven network with MEP contractors, consultants, and developers
- Familiarity with selection tools for VRF, chillers, and air handling units is an added advantage
Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong negotiation, customer relationship management, and communication skills
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
- UAE driving license is mandatory
