Job description: Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for 100% achievement: $Turnover, $G. P, %GP, DSO
2.Responsible for high touch relationships with key revenue Accounts/Contractors/Sub-contractors/Aluminum fabricators/System providers/OEM’s/Clients/Fit-outs etc.
3.Develop company business in the target markets to meet or exceed sales, profitability and customer satisfaction objectives.
4.To implement sales unit field work through briefly listed below 12 key field focus points:
a)Development of key accounts & lead management Commercial acumen to protect company interest in contracts including price book implementation for SP management Key account Relationship% with influencing pool of contacts
b)Projection accuracy per month/quarterly
c)Hit rate ratio culture & Loss jobs reporting
d)Key account management culture, farming & support management
e)Site visits for project management, solution & support
f)Internal information reports and forecast reports consolidation
g)CRM entries, project sales – updates & closure data/actions
h)Proposal consolidation – special solutions, price & margin protection
5.To coordinate in collections with credit control team field work synergy
6.To follow timely reporting activities as per the company standard reporting culture Consolidate/share relevant market & competition information.
7.To work within assigned sphere of delegation and take prior approval on any deviation on standard company commercial, operational terms & policy.
8.First support on handling of customer Grievances – Damages, complaints, wrong deliveries as first response to external customers.
9.Contract reading, screening for deviations, coordination with back office and cross units for final settlement on non-standard/acceptable commercial and operations points.
10.To follow up, action and update through reporting templates for leads generated through company participated events (like events, workshops, exhibitions etc.)
11.Explore new opportunities, new alliances, partnership, clients for revenue & strategic growth.
12.To interact and work in consortium with pre-sales team for projects updates, site information & project development status.
13.To provide support on product solutions, technical aspects and to drive effective service operations and processes to ensure quality installation deliverables in coordination with company Key account/partner for the territory.
14.Ensure implementation of business processes/ model/ revenue channels to follow company middle East business model/sales channels.
15.Implement the company Corporate culture in the country and to serve company customers/interest with highest level of professionalism
16.Promote and support all cats/ products/ sales channels for healthy mix of revenue generation.
17.Drive & coordinate pre-sales & projects sales team field work synergyRequirements
1.Primary experience in construction channels/engineering goods/door hardware industry/manual door systems/automatic door control systems and Access control related industries.
2.Preferred experience in Low voltage technology: BMS, Home automation, Switch Gear, System Integration, Access Control related products.
3.Dealing with Accounts/Contractors/MEP Contractors/Sub contractors/Aluminum fabricators/System providers/OEM’s/Clients/Fit-outs etc. with minimum 5 years of UAE sales experience.
4.Good written & spoken English business language skills.
5.CRM Management.
