- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand the company’s presence in the Oil & Gas industry.

- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, understanding their challenges and positioning tailored digital solutions.
- Lead contract negotiations and close high-value deals, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, and technical teams) to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies to drive innovation in sales strategies.
- Achieve and exceed revenue targets, contributing to the company’s overall growth in the Oil & Gas sector.

- 10+ years of experience in B2B sales within the Oil & Gas sector, preferably selling industrial products or solutions to major energy companies.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing key accounts in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Strong network of decision-makers, procurement teams, and engineering professionals within Oil & Gas operators, EPCs, and service providers.
- Experience in selling technical or engineered products used in upstream, midstream, or downstream operations.
- Deep understanding of industry regulations, procurement processes, and supply chain dynamics in the Oil & Gas sector.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to lead complex sales cycles, from prospecting to contract negotiation and post-sales support.
