Job description: Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and support day-to-day sales activities between customers, suppliers, and the internal team
- Prepare and process quotations, sales orders, and invoices in coordination with the sales team
- Follow up with customers for order confirmations, delivery schedules, and payments
- Maintain and update customer databases, price lists, and sales records
- Generate and analyze sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely dispatch of products
- Assist in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Support in the development of business presentations and proposals
- Stay up to date on market trends, product knowledge, and competitor activities in the paper industry
Key Competencies & Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of ERP or CRM systems is a plus
- Familiarity with paper products, grades, and applications is preferred
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales coordination or inside sales, preferably in the paper industry or related sectors
Remuneration & Benefits:
- AED 5,000/- per month
- 30 Days Annual Leave.
- Air ticket Allowance every year.

Expected salary: 5000 per month
