Job description: Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support day-to-day sales activities between customers, suppliers, and the internal team
  • Prepare and process quotations, sales orders, and invoices in coordination with the sales team
  • Follow up with customers for order confirmations, delivery schedules, and payments
  • Maintain and update customer databases, price lists, and sales records
  • Generate and analyze sales reports and forecasts for management review
  • Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely dispatch of products
  • Assist in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Support in the development of business presentations and proposals
  • Stay up to date on market trends, product knowledge, and competitor activities in the paper industry

Key Competencies & Skills:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer service-oriented mindset
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of ERP or CRM systems is a plus
  • Familiarity with paper products, grades, and applications is preferred

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales coordination or inside sales, preferably in the paper industry or related sectors

Remuneration & Benefits:

  • AED 5,000/- per month
  • 30 Days Annual Leave.
  • Air ticket Allowance every year.
  • Visa & Medical Insurance.

Expected salary: 5000 per month
