Job description: Responsibilities:As a first line of defence checked and verify new merchant applications received from sellers and ensure that all the documents are in place as per the SOP.Coordinate with Merchants/Sellers if any required document is missing.Forward complete applications to FEO team for uploading the application in the system within the agreed TATFollow up with FEO team in case of any delay in uploading the application as per the agreed TAT.Handle requests of additional terminals for existing merchants in coordination with Retention team/Sales TeamCoordinate with POS preparation team to ensure that terminals are ready to be installed.Ensuring that sales Team have sufficient supply of sales materialCoordinate with IT department for system issues in the sales office.Support Head of Business Development in MI reports and general sales functions
Expected salary: 5000 per month
