Abu DhabiMy client is looking for an experienced sales consultant to work on sales for their new luxury branded apartment development in Abu Dhabi.Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management: Engage with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and investors to understand their property needs and preferences. Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients through personalized communication and follow-up. Offer VIP treatment to potential buyers, including private tours, exclusive previews, and one-on-one consultations.Sales Execution: Lead the sales process from initial inquiry to contract signing, ensuring smooth transactions. Present and sell luxury apartment units with detailed knowledge of floor plans, amenities, and the unique benefits of living in a branded property. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.Product Knowledge & Presentation: Maintain a deep understanding of the features, benefits, and branding of the apartment complex, including the exclusive services, finishes, and amenities. Provide high-quality presentations to showcase the unique aspects of the luxury development, both in-person and virtually. Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and comparable luxury properties in Abu Dhabi.Client Consultations: Conduct personalized consultations with potential buyers to understand their needs, desires, and budget. Advise clients on the benefits of investing in branded luxury properties, including capital appreciation, rental yields, and lifestyle enhancements.Sales & Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns and events. Attend property shows, open houses, and other events to network and engage with potential buyers. Provide feedback to the marketing and development teams on client preferences and market trends to inform future sales strategies.Reporting & Analysis: Regularly report to the sales manager on sales activity, pipeline status, and client feedback. Analyze sales performance and adjust strategies to meet evolving market conditions and client demands. * Customer Service: Provide post-sale support to clients, ensuring they are fully satisfied with their purchase and the after-sales services. Serve as a key point of contact for any client inquiries, guiding them through the entire buying process, including financing and handover procedures.Experience:
- Must have experience selling luxury, branded properties in Abu Dhabi.
- Must have a strong network of potential clients to approach regarding the new development.
- Must have experience within a Real Estate Developer
- Strong English skills are essential.
