- Maximize sales opportunities through upselling, cross-selling, and proactive customer engagement
- Maintain high store standards, including visual presentation, cleanliness, and stock availability
- Address customer queries and complaints promptly, escalating to the store manager when needed
- Support store operations such as inventory checks, cash handling, and compliance with loss prevention procedures
- Promote other Majid Al Futtaim brands when relevant products are unavailable in-store
Candidate Requirements
- High school certificate or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in retail, fashion, or customer service
- Strong communication skills with a focus on service excellence
- Ability to handle a busy sales floor with professionalism and energy
