This Sales and Marketing Coordinator role is ideal for candidates passionate about branding, guest engagement, and creative marketing execution. - Support sales team with preparation of proposals, event orders, and client communications
- Create, manage, and update digital and print marketing materials
- Coordinate promotional activities and assist in campaign rollouts
- Ensure accurate and timely updates on all property listings, offers, and packages
- Handle client inquiries and support lead management through CRM tools
- Maintain filing systems, inventory of marketing materials, and internal reports
- Provide administrative support including email correspondence, scheduling, and logistics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align property-level campaigns with global brand initiatives
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent (degree in hospitality or marketing preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a hotel or sales/marketing support role
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organization skills
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of marketing or CRM software is a plus
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
