Responsible for driving revenue growth, increasing market share, and developing client relationships. Strategize and execute sales initiatives, identify new business opportunities, and ensure high-quality customer service in the construction and building materials sector.Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve white cement targets.
- Identify and explore new business opportunities in new markets and segments such as projects, refabricated products, putty, and tile adhesive.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business and loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as production, QA, and logistics to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
Job Requirements:
- 10 – 15 years of sales experience (preferably in construction and building materials).
- Any qualification (Bachelor) with relevant experience.
- Business understanding and sales fundamentals.
- Good communication skills (written and verbal) for coordination with internal and external stakeholders, as well as planning and organizing skills.
- Strong skills in Sales – Selling, negotiation, and customer orientation.
