Job description: Responsibilities:Regularly follow up with clients to ensure timely data submissions, gathering a comprehensive and complete data set.Maintain and update the client database with precision, collaborating closely with the sales team to guarantee the highest level of accuracy. Serve as the go-to expert for the company’s CRM system.Coordinate client training sessions, including sending invitations, reminders, and collecting post-session feedback.Adapt to the team’s changing operational needs to ensure seamless business continuity.Prepare and manage detailed Master Subscription Agreements for both new and renewing clients.Provide coverage during sales team absences, to ensure continuity of business operations.Qualify, log, and allocate incoming leads, while also booking meetings for the sales team as required.Track, prepare, and issue tax invoices for all subscribed clients, ensuring accuracy in invoicing.Submit monthly transaction reports to the finance team.Liaise with finance, sales, and management teams regarding collections, and manage platform access based on clients’ credit status.Handle customer inquiries and issues via the internal ticketing system, ensuring swift and effective resolutions.Conduct user maintenance on the platform’s backend to ensure seamless operations.Work collaboratively with the product, data, and tech teams to resolve any platform-related issues.Escalate critical or recurring issues to the sales team and ensure they are kept informed of key matters.Manage client profiles on the platform’s backend, including logos and branding updates.Required Skills:Experience in customer service or sales support, with a strong understanding of administrative functions.Familiarity with managing client databases and handling contractual agreements.Proficient in IT, with advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Outlook, and experience with CRM systems.Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and engaging approach.Excellent interpersonal skills, adept at building strong relationships with colleagues and clients at all levels of seniority.Strong analytical skills to identify issues and develop effective solutions quickly. Confident in engaging in sales conversations with senior clients, both over the phone and in person.Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise tasks and coordinate workflows efficiently, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.Meticulous attention to detail, delivering work to the highest standard of accuracy.Self-motivated and capable of working independently, while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.Proactive approach to tasks and responsibilities, seeking opportunities for improvement and efficiency.

Expected salary: 4000 – 5000 per month
