Compensation:Hourly Rate: $48-$52Per Diem: No Per DiemPay: WeeklySchedule/Hours: 50-60 hours per week, including some weekendsProject Scope: The Safety Manager will provide safety oversight for an electrical contractor on a Data Center project. Key responsibilities include:Developing and implementing safety plans specific to the Data Center environment.Conducting site safety inspections to identify potential hazards.Managing and enforcing Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.Delivering safety training and ongoing education for site personnel.Investigating incidents and providing corrective action recommendations.Qualifications/Experience/Certifications/Education:5+ years of construction safety experience5+ years of electrical safety/and Data Center project experienceOSHA 500 certification (required)BCSP certification (CHST, ASP, STS-C, CSP, etc.) or a 4-year degree in Occupational Safety, Electrical Engineering, or a related fieldNFPA 70E certificationExpertise in Lockout/Tagout (LOTO)HAZWOPER certificationCurrent First Aid/CPR/AED certificationKey Responsibilities:Implement and enforce comprehensive safety protocols tailored to Data Center environments.Conduct regular site safety inspections to identify and address potential hazards.Lead and oversee Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures, ensuring compliance with NFPA 70E standards.Facilitate safety training sessions and provide ongoing education for site personnel.Investigate and document workplace incidents, recommending corrective actions as necessary.Maintain and manage all safety-related documentation, including reports and contractor correspondence.Why Work for Sheakley?
