Location: Greater Cincinnati Area (Based out of Fairfield, OH facility)
Duration: Direct Hire (W2, Exempt)
Type: Full-Time
Compensation:
- Salary: $75,000 – $95,000 Annually (Based on Experience)

Schedule: 40-hour work weekProject Scope:Lead and manage comprehensive safety systems for manufacturing/industrial mechanical services, ensuring OSHA compliance and fostering a proactive safety culture. You will conduct audits, develop training programs, and champion safety excellence across multiple service facilities in Ohio, Michigan, and Indiana.Qualifications:
- Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Safety or Occupational Health with 5+ years of relevant experience OR 7+ years of hands-on manufacturing/industrial safety/Construction experience.
- Certifications:
- Required: OSHA 30 (General Industry), OSHA 511, First Aid/CPR/AED, NFPA 70E.
- Preferred: OSHA 501, BCSP Certification (ASP, CSP, OHST).
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage safety systems to ensure an accident-free workplace across all facilities.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure safety program success and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain and analyze safety documentation (e.g., OSHA 300 logs, ISNetworld reports, and safety observations).
- Deliver safety training programs tailored to internal teams and external client requirements.
- Lead and manage incident investigations, determining root causes and implementing corrective measures.
- Publish monthly safety reports and newsletters to promote awareness and engagement.
- Foster a strong, employee-focused safety culture through engagement and leadership.
- Ensure full compliance with EHS regulatory standards, staying updated on industry innovations and OSHA requirements.
- Coordinate OSHA audits and safety inspections by key business partners.• Develop and maintain relationships with safety vendors and suppliers to support safety initiatives
- This role is based in Fairfield, OH, reporting to the Director of Mechanical Services Operations.
Skills:
- Comprehensive knowledge of EHS standards and safety management in manufacturing/industrial environments.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication, public speaking, and team-building abilities.
- Proficiency with ISNetworld, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), and safety reporting systems.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work independently.
Travel Expectations:
- Conduct monthly safety audits at service facilities in Fairfield, OH, Dayton, OH, and Plymouth, MI.
- Perform quarterly audits at locations in Cincinnati, OH, and Indianapolis, IN.
