Competitive salary range targeting $65-70k and benefit package including: free employee medical/dental/vision/life/ad&d insurance, company match 401k with immediate vesting, generous paid time off and wellness leave, floating holiday, and voluntary benefits.The Role:You will collaborate with policyholders and agent partners to promote workplace safety and reduce risks. You’ll conduct safety evaluations, identify hazards, and provide tailored loss prevention resources for businesses across various industries. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are key—you must be comfortable engaging in conversations, asking thoughtful questions, and building relationships with business owners and agents.Success in this role requires confidence in speaking with people, both in person and over the phone, to schedule visits, discuss safety improvements, and influence decision-makers. You’ll need curiosity and adaptability to research unfamiliar industries, as well as the ability to negotiate and persuade business owners to implement safer work practices. Additionally, you’ll deliver safety presentations and contribute to special projects within the Safety & Loss Prevention Department.Who we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in health, safety, environmental, risk management, engineering; or completion of advanced training resulting in a recognized occupational safety and health certification such as a Certified Safety & Health Official (CSHO), Associate Safety Professional (ASP) Certified Safety Professional (CSP) required. 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of required education.
  • 2 years of experience in industrial relations, safety, safety inspection, safety education, engineering or risk management preferred.
  • A valid driver’s license, motor vehicle insurance, and use of personal vehicle is required. Travel (mileage, tolls, etc.) for work will be reimbursed.

Expected salary: $65000 – 70000 per year
