- Drive overall store performance to meet and exceed sales, profit, and shrinkage targets
- Lead and coach team members to deliver premium customer service and upsell exclusive products
- Monitor stock replenishment, inventory accuracy, and retail standards execution
- Track KPIs, review category performance, and implement targeted action plans
- Ensure all promotional campaigns and visual merchandising meet brand and marketing standards
- Maintain store operational compliance with SOPs, HSE protocols, grooming policies, and mall regulations
- Engage in workforce planning, staff development, performance reviews, and in-role progression plans
- Act as the brand ambassador when resolving customer issues and building loyalty programs
- Oversee reporting, cash handling, daily reconciliations, and back-office documentation
**Ideal Profile**
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in managing retail teams, preferably in the beauty and cosmetics sector
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in budgeting, OPEX control, shrinkage prevention, and system-based reporting
- Exceptional leadership, coaching, and conflict-resolution abilities
- Familiar with customer journey mapping and loyalty engagement strategies
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred
- Skilled in POS systems, inventory management, and promotional execution
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and highly collaborative with a team-oriented mindset
