Job description: Responsibilities:
1.Managing of entire retail ops for all boutiques, branches showrooms.
2.Visual merchandising: – Improvising displays and suggesting management team for the new ways to display, prepare guidelines in association with NPD team and get approvals prior to implementation.
3.Third party visual guidelines: – Coordinate with NPD on receiving the briefing from management for the third-party outlet with regard to Visual guidelines generations.
4.Sales operations: – Manage all the shops, ensure all SOPs are being followed, System tickets are being raised, Staff grievances or requests being listened. Shop opening and staff attendance as per SOP
5.Brief management for any suggestion to increase the productivity of sales staffs
6.Training Product: – Conduct training for the team on product, store upkeep, etiquettes, customer service, grooming, POS training etc. as per the SOP; conduct the same in third party outlet
7.Uniform Monitoring – Ensure that all staffs needs are carried out regarding uniform
8.Conduct periodic tests for the staffs post imparting training
9.Monitor customer feedback form and submit monthly reports to management
10.Coordination with Management to implement Brand’s vision in the stores
11.Third party: – Visit Third party stores for training the sales team on brand concept, brand story and pricing and GWPs etc.
12.Store visit reports: – Fill the store visit reports and checklist as per given form and Submit the report to management for review and feedback.
13.Competition monitoring – any new promotions, launches etc in luxury brands.
14.Attend Exhibitions overseas to represent our Products.Requirements
1.Graduate with Degree or Diploma
2.3-4 years’ experience in Perfume / Retail Industry.
3.Paying attention to detail even when working under pressure
4.Excellent communication skills – Both Oral /Written.
5.Time management skills and the ability to cope with several projects simultaneously with short deadlines
6.Microsoft Word & Excel Fluency.
7.Arabic language fluency
8.Passion and enthusiasm for new tasks
9.A flexible approach when working in a team
10.Good presentation skills
