Job description: We are currently looking for a Retail Merchandising Manager for our international retail client in Dubai.The role will be responsible for developing seasonal product ranges and buy plans for both full price and online business, based on qualitative and quantitative data analysis. Accountable for order placement, tracking, and inventory control, ensuring maximum sales, margin, and profit. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement assortment plans, optimize store displays, and track product performance. Present product and strategy insights to stakeholders and contribute to new store openings and regional product focuses.Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience within Buying & Merchandising.
- Preferably 2+ years of work experience in Retail Buying or Planning.
- Preferably university degree in business related area.
- Strong MS Office/ Excel skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent knowledge of all relevant Merchandising KPIs.
- PowerBI, VRT or T1 Studio knowledge is a plus.
- Strong communication skills (English) is a must
- Understanding of Merchandise Planning & Buying cycles.
- Knowledge of market trends, sporting goods & fashion industry.

Expected salary: 15000 – 18000 per month
