With a diverse portfolio encompassing upscale properties and a significant mixed-use precinct undergoing various developmental stages, including a substantial regional mall, they are keen to fortify their leasing capabilities to secure optimal tenants strategically, ensuring the sustained success of their ventures.As the Retail Leasing Manager, you’ll report directly to the Divisional Leasing Director, collaborating to identify local and national brands poised to enhance the mall and other projects sustainably. Harnessing your expertise in the retail sector, you’ll seize untapped market potential to meet leasing targets through proactive tenant relationship management, robust database maintenance, broker networking, and competitor analysis. While benefiting from proficient leasing administration support, you’ll also oversee the acquisition of mandatory documentation from tenants, ensuring all leasing and pre-leasing paperwork adheres to stringent timelines and standards. Additionally, you’ll work closely with center managers to facilitate smooth handover processes, ensuring tenant compliance and satisfaction.We seek candidates armed with a degree or diploma, alongside 4 to 5 years of demonstrable experience in retail leasing representing landlords or developers.
