A high-end, Levant, casual dining restaurant in Dubai specializing in Eastern Mediterranean cuisine based in DubaiJob Description:
– Oversee the daily operations of restaurant, ensuring efficient service while in compliance with health & safety regulations.
– Lead in training and scheduling staff making sure to resolve conflicts and handle disciplinary actions when necessary.
– Handle customer complaints and feedback effectively to maintain excellent customer service.
– Monitor sales and revenue, implementing strategies to increase profitability.
– Ensure food and beverage being served to customers is of a quality that meets the restaurant’s standardsSalary:
AED 6,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.REQUIREMENTSQualifications:
– Open to Levant nationalities
– 45 years old and below
– At least 2 years’ experience as supervisor in the UAE and with exposure on Levant cuisinesHow to Apply:
