From drafting sale agreements to ensuring meticulous collection of FICA documents and overseeing bond originations and transfer processes, your attention to detail will be paramount.The ideal candidate for this role will come from the residential, off-plan development space. Holding a legal qualification and boasting a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Residential conveyancing, you’ll be fluent in both English and Afrikaans, with a mastery of the Microsoft Office suite. This position places a strong emphasis on client/customer care, making interpersonal skills non-negotiable.
