We’re hiring! Are you looking to grow your real estate career or looking to start a new exciting career in the Dubai real estate market? If this sounds like you we want to hear from you. We are currently looking for dynamic sales agents to support continuous company growth and service our ever-growing pool of clients.
The Role will include but not be limited to:
- Proactively managing a portfolio of properties
- Conducting market appraisals and property valuations
- Arranging and conducting viewings
- Negotiating offers between both buyers and sellers
- Winning instructions and targeting new business opportunities
- Working as an effective team member, assisting others, as necessary
- Creating a positive customer experience and managing all inquiries in a professional manner
- Identifying creative and innovative marketing initiatives to generate new business in conjunction with the marketing team
Candidates must possess the following requirements:
- Driving Licence
- Excellent communication & people skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new CRM systems
- Be able to work on own initiative & develop new business
- Maintain a high professional profile at all times
- Willing to work flexibly to provide the best service to the clients

Expected salary: 60000 – 80000 per year
