As a Reservation Agent, you will be responsible for handling reservations, inquiries, and cancellations in a timely and efficient manner. You will provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all guests have a positive experience and their needs are met. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities

- Provide excellent customer service to guests, ensuring a positive experience throughout the reservation process
- Handle incoming reservations, inquiries, and cancellations via phone, email, and online platforms
- Assist guests in selecting the most suitable accommodation options based on their preferences and budget
- Manage and update reservation system with accurate and detailed information
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest requests and special requirements are met
- Handle customer complaints or issues with professionalism and find appropriate solutions
- Process payments and verify customer information to complete reservations
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in hospitality or travel industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using reservation and booking systems
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
Expected salary: 4500 – 4700 per month
