Responsibilities
- Answering incoming calls and emails from potential guests in a timely and professional manner
- Assisting guests in finding suitable accommodations based on their preferences and requirements
- Providing accurate information regarding availability, rates, and amenities
- Processing reservation requests and ensuring all necessary details are collected
- Confirming reservations and sending confirmation emails to guests
- Managing cancellations and modifications to existing reservations
- Following up with guests after their stay to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction
Requirement
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with composure
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using reservation management software and other relevant computer applications
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Expected salary: 4000 – 4500 per month
