- Proactively engage with clients to understand their renewal needs and provide personalized assistance.
- Coordinate and facilitate the renewal process, including documentation, payments, and compliance requirements.
- Build strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty, serving as their primary point of contact.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on renewal options, packages, and additional services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client inquiries, resolve issues, and optimize the renewal process.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and renewal activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, Sales, or related field.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or account management, preferably in the business setup industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software
Salary : AED 15000-18000
Expected salary: 15000 – 18000 per month
