- Income Guarantee: $198,900 CAD, plus additional bonuses and benefits
Bonuses:
- Signing Bonus: $100,300 to $149,600 CAD
- Geographic Retention Bonus: $5,100 to $37,400 CAD
- Remoteness Bonus: $17,000 CAD

Responsibilities:
- Manage a patient roster with the support of a collaborative care team.
- Provide exceptional, high-quality patient care in the Exploits region.
- Offer flexible clinic hours, including daytime, after-hours, and weekends to meet patient needs.
- Use the EMR Med Access platform for documentation.
Required Qualifications:
- Must be licensed (full or provisional) to practice by the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Newfoundland and Labrador.
- Must be granted privileges by NL Health Services Central Zone.
- Provisionally licensed physicians must comply with oversight and monitoring requirements.
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary is based on years of clinical experience and paid in accordance with the Memorandum of Agreement for salaried physicians in Newfoundland and Labrador.
