Job description: Relationship Manager (Arabic-speaking)Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary liaison between TAMM/DGE and public entities whose services are hosted on TAMM.Follow up on urgent tickets (P1-P4) to ensure timely resolutions.Prioritize root cause analysis (RCA) to prevent recurrence of incidents.Coordinate incident management and problem management activities.Collaborate with technical teams to ensure process adherence for maintenance and onboarding.Set up and enforce escalation mechanisms for incident resolution.Monitor SLA compliance and align with TAMM’s Government Relationship Management.Criteria:7+ years of experience in relationship management or account management roles, preferably in public sector projects.Strong knowledge of incident management and problem management processes.Proficient in monitoring SLA adherence and facilitating technical team coordination.Fluent in Arabic (mandatory) and English.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Expected salary: 18000 – 22000 per month
