Job description: Responsibilities
1.Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as per the approved budget.
2.Research and understand the market and customer needs.
3.Identify new customers and untapped market opportunities to expand business.
4.Strengthen brand visibility and penetration among primary smelters in the Middle East.
5.Provide customers regularly with helpful material such as product samples and catalogues.
6.Quote prices, credit and contract terms, warranties and delivery dates to customers accurately.
7.Increase the company’s share of wallet with existing customers.
8.Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and dealers, ensuring their year-on-year performance improvement.
9.Provide technical and commercial support to dealers and customers.
10.Conduct technical training sessions for end customers to enhance product knowledge and adoption.
11.Ensure timely collection of payments from customers, minimizing outstanding receivables.
12.Collaborate with internal teams, including planning, logistics, and production, to fulfill customer requirements efficiently.
13.Address customer complaints and provide effective resolutions on both technical and commercial grounds.
14.Drive initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

1.Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Metallurgical Engineering. An MBA will be added advantage.
2.Minimum 5 years of relevant experience is must.
3.Strong understanding of the Middle East market dynamics.
4.Knowledge of sales techniques: knowing about different ways of selling, sales models, account management approaches, account planning methods, pricing structures etc.
5.Customer Markets: understanding the customer applications, their market and market needs
6.Knowledge of company products: features, benefits, and how customers use them to support their own businesses
7.Working with customers: experience of discovering customer needs and developing customer relationships, evaluating and improving customer satisfaction.
8.Forming a sales approach: make presentations, discuss options, negotiate successfully and reach an agreement
9.Organizing and planning: prioritize customers and work, develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize and accomplish the work
