Job description: Job Description:*Job Summary:We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual Country Sales Representative to serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for our customers in the designated country. The Local Representative will be responsible for managing all business operations, including sales and customer service, within their territory.*Key Responsibilities:– Develop and implement both long-term and short-term sales strategies to establish and maintain profitable business relationships with OEMs, National Sales Companies, Importers, Distributors, and Dealerships.– Conduct monthly and quarterly sales forecasting and ensure the execution of sales plans.– Achieve assigned sales targets for our products within the designated territory while operating within the assigned expense budget and achieving new product sales programs.– Expand and develop new accounts while maintaining existing business, integrating product/process and application knowledge into a successful territory sales plan.– Gather and analyze competition information to provide management with significant market insights.– Collaborate internally with designers and product engineers to report new product ideas.– Manage commercial, operational, project management, customer service, aftersales, and financial responsibilities across the vertical.– Serve as the single point of contact within the territory for all aspects of the company, including Sales, Technical, Customer Service, Aftersales, Warranty, Finance, and Logistics.*Eligibility Criteria:– Education: Degree in Engineering or Business Administration with a focus on Marketing & Sales, including technical know-how.– Experience: Over 5 years in the automotive industry, preferably in customization and accessories.– Nationality: Must be a local resident– Language: Proficiency in English and the local language.– Gender: No restrictions.– Driving License: Mandatory– Salary: Basic Salary (6,000 AED – 11,000 AED) + commission ( TBD)
Expected salary: 6000 – 11000 per month
