- Identify suitable and qualified applicants either through direct recruitment or Agencies.
- Coordinate with departments and projects on manpower forecasts and ensure availability of candidates on the required mobilization dates.
- Obtain from projects “Manpower Loading Charts” and Manpower Mobilization Schedules and ensure line up of sufficient candidates to achieve the requirements.
- Conduct preliminary screening interviews including reference and background checks
- Coordinate second and third level interviews with department and projects.
- Discuss package details with candidates and issue offer letters
- When required, oversee pre-employment medicals for new recruits.
- Coordinate with the Mobilization team to ensure candidates are mobilized on the required date.
- Update and upload candidate details and documents to HRMS system.
- Coordinate with Management on ICV requirements and the hiring of local UAE Candidates.
Working days & hours: 6 days in week / 8 am to 6 pmSalary AED 8000-9000 (all in) + standard benefits as per UAE law
Expected salary: 8000 – 9000 per month
