- Sourcing and Attracting Talent:
Utilize innovative and effective sourcing strategies to identify and engage with top-tier candidates. Leverage social media, networking events, and industry partnerships to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Client Relationship Management:
Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs, and providing tailored recruitment solutions. Act as a strategic partner, offering insights into market trends and talent acquisition best practices.
- In-depth Candidate Assessment:
Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and career aspirations. Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- High-Volume Recruitment:
Thrive in a fast-paced environment by managing multiple requisitions simultaneously. Meet and exceed challenging recruitment targets while maintaining a high level of quality in candidate selection.
- Data-Driven Decision Making:
Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment metrics, identify areas for improvement, and make informed decisions to optimize the recruitment process.
- Daily cold calling and business development
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant in a fast-paced environment.
- High academic achievements
- High career achievements (awards, certification, etc)
- Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, results-driven environment.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
