In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, cultivating client relationships, and delivering tailored recruitment solutions that meet and exceed expectations.

As a Recruitment Consultant for PERSOLKELLY what can we offer you?

What will you be doing?
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and strategic outreach efforts.
- Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique hiring needs and providing consultative recruitment solutions.
- Developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
- Collaborating closely with the recruitment team to source, screen, and present qualified candidates to clients.
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial client engagement to candidate placement, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all stakeholders.

- Demonstrated success in a sales-driven role.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients at all levels.
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
- Strong business acumen and a solid understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable, with a passion for delivering outstanding results.
