- Proven 5 years of experience as a recruiter in the oil and gas industry, with a strong focus on technical and finance roles.
- Demonstrated success in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring high-calibre candidates.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of technical and financial roles within the oil and gas industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications:
- Relevant certifications in HR or Recruitment (e.g., SHRM, PHR) are desirable.
Expected salary: 10000 per month
