Job description: The Reconciliation Officer will work closely with the finance team to maintain accurate records and identify discrepancies, helping to ensure the financial stability of the organization.

Responsibilities:
- Reconcile all financial transactions and bank statements, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
- Monitor and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Work with the finance team to prepare financial reports for management.
- Assist in creating and implementing financial policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and financial documents.
- Participate in audits and provide necessary documentation and support.
- Communicate with external stakeholders, such as banks and vendors, to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure accurate recording and reconciliation of financial transactions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Experience with financial software and data entry.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
- Knowledge of Quranic arts and funds is a plus.
Expected salary: 5600 – 6200 per month
