Job description: Job Description:Apt Resources is looking for an experienced Receptionist / Office Administrator to join our client’s team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers while also providing essential administrative support to ensure the office runs smoothly. This position requires a professional demeanor and excellent communication skills.Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer and direct incoming calls, providing information and assistance as necessary
  • Manage appointments and scheduling for staff
  • Maintain an organized reception area
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and packages
  • Assist with data entry and maintain accurate filing systems
  • Provide support with various administrative tasks as required
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with other departments to facilitate a smooth workflow

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Must be currently in UAE

Benefits:

  • AED 6,000 to 8,000 all-inclusive salary
  • Standard UAE labour law benefits
  • Yearly ticket allowance of AED 3,500

Expected salary: 6000 – 8000 per month
