Job description: Our client is a multinational Healthcare Group which is now looking to hire a Receptionist/ Office Administrator

- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable at all times
- Manage appointment schedules and coordinate meeting room bookings
- Handle inquiries and provide accurate information regarding the company and its services
- Receive and sort daily mail, deliveries, and couriers
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth communication and operations
- Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access (monitoring logbook, issuing visitor badges)
- Order and manage office supplies and inventory
- Organise and maintain office common areas
- Assist in organising company events, meetings, and conferences
- Perform other clerical duties as needed

- Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred.
- Excellent communication skills – Arabic preferred.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
