Job description: This role is responsible for greeting visitors, managing front desk operations, handling incoming calls, and supporting administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the workplace.

- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with a warm and professional demeanour.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy, welcoming, and equipped with necessary materials.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner; take messages as needed.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with setting up meeting spaces.
- Receive and distribute mail, packages, and other deliveries in a timely manner.
- Assist with scheduling, travel arrangements, and other administrative tasks for various departments.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order as necessary.
- Provide general support to visitors and ensure all guests sign in/out.
- Assist the HR and Operations teams with any additional tasks, including event coordination and office communications.

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or in a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive, professional attitude.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment (e.g., fax machines, printers).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information.

Expected salary: 144000 – 156000 per year
