Job description: Responsibilities:
Front Desk Management:
Greet and assist patients in a friendly and welcoming manner.
Manage front desk operations, including handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing walk-ins.
Patient Liaison:
Act as a liaison between patients and medical staff, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
Provide information about clinic services, procedures, and appointment details.
Administrative Support:
Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate patient records.
Assist in coordinating and organizing clinic events or promotions.
Appointment Scheduling:
Efficiently manage appointment schedules, coordinating with medical staff to ensure optimal patient flow.
Handle appointment cancellations or rescheduling as needed.
Cash Handling:
Process patient payments, issue receipts, and ensure accurate cash handling procedures.
Collaborate with the finance department for billing-related inquiries.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a receptionist in a similar aesthetic clinic setting.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
Proficiency in using office software and electronic scheduling systems.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.Filipino nationality preferred
Expected salary: 4000 per month
