- Client Support
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients following the sale of a property.
- Address and resolve any post-sale queries, concerns, or issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure smooth transition and handover of property to clients.
- Liaise with internal departments to facilitate the completion of post-sale processes.
- Coordinate with external vendors or service providers as needed for repairs, maintenance, or other post-sale services.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping: * Maintain accurate records of all post-sale activities, including client communications, service requests, and resolutions.
- Prepare and process necessary documentation related to property handovers, warranties, and service agreements. * Identify and address potential issues proactively to prevent escalation.
- Provide solutions and alternatives to clients in case of any post-sale challenges.Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or sales support role, preferably within the real estate industry in UAE.
