- Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents for interior fitout projects
- Review and manage contracts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Monitor procurement, material usage, and vendor performance
- Control project costs, identify savings through value engineering, and mitigate financial risks
- Track cash flow, manage invoicing, and ensure timely payments
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to align commercial decisions with project progress
- Prepare periodic financial reports and conduct profitability analysis
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor\’s degree in Engineering with a valid license (required)
- Minimum 5 years of UAE or GCC experience in interior and fitout project environments
- Proven ability to manage budgets, contracts, procurement, and reporting
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
- Proficiency in estimation software and MS Excel
- Knowledge of UAE construction regulations and contract law
- Male candidates are preferred for this role as per employer requirement
