BSC, in engineering or equivalentFluent English speaking and writingAutoCAD, Excel, and plan swift
Key Responsibilities:
Price/forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the projectPrepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation including estimation and BOQ preparationTrack changes to construction drawings and adjust projections accordinglyCommunicate changes and variations to team members and consultant/subcontractors as neededLiaise with the client and other construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers consultant and site engineers as neededMeasure and value the work doneQuantity take offPreparing Inquiry documents and acquire offers accordinglyConduct specifications and price comparisonValidate and verify BOQ price and scope of worksPreparation, negotiate and follow up on variationsSoftware capabilities AutoCAD, Excel, Primavera and others as needed
