Job description: Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry, preferably with a focus on steel structures and infrastructure projects.Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and costs, particularly related to steel constructions.Proficiency in quantity surveying software and tools, such as CostX, Bluebeam, or equivalent.Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to perform accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimations.Effective communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and project teams.Familiarity with UAE construction regulations, standards, and procurement practices.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Professional accreditation or certification in quantity surveying is preferred.
Expected salary: 6000 per month
