- Day-to-day operations of the Quality Department.
- Implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System and ensuring it meets the requirements of ISO9001:2015, and ensuring the Quality Management System remains suitable and robust after planned changes.
- Inspection, non-conformance reports, approval of new suppliers, evaluation of the current suppliers, and customer focus.
- Provide technical support for Sales and the Shop Floor as required.
- The Quality Manager has the authority on the decision to re-work or re-place non-conforming parts.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in managing the Quality Department within the armour/defense industry.
- UAE experience is mandatory.
- Male candidates are required for this role.
