Job description: Responsibilities:Do proper Quality check (QC) of each CCAM reports prepared by Field due diligent office. (Need to validate the information with available documents, inquiry details, check for logical reasoning, and check whether the specification of each bank is met, proper documents and relevant photos are attached).Properly rating should be given based on the information available in report.Proper error report should be maintained for feedback purpose.Do logical check and seek clarification from field visit associate in case of any issues Find out process gaps and work on to improvise it.Proper MIS with TAT should be maintained.Duplicate cases should be highlighted to field team leader to avoid duplication of work.Daily summary (case status) to be sent to the banks.Reply to bank emails on case status, queries, report deliveries and documents.Courier the reports with appropriate documents.Automation / Consolidation of MIS to be done for reporting purpose.Details for posting the sent only alternative days.Random Super QC should be done on the cases of the quality team members and give proper feedback in case of any gapsRequired Skills:2-3 years of Experience Bachelor’s Degree with specialization in finance/ account/ commerce.Good understanding of financial/Businesses.Basic knowledge of UAE market and the major industries in the country.
Expected salary: 4500 – 5000 per month
